What a wonderful experience. Always in contact prompt with their delivery . Wonderful customer service all round. Didn't think service like this existed any more. Highly recommended.
All purpose were chosen by Ikea to deliver our furniture order to our house on the Sunshine Coast. it was a great experience: 1. The furniture arrived only 2 days after ordering - Ikea can sometimes take much longer due to their volume of deliveries. 2. They arrived when they said they would (almost to the minute); and 3 the friendly delivery guy put our order right where it needed to be. Perfect!
Outstanding service, even when the truck broke down they still had amazing service, incredibly helpful, help took my IKEA delivery inside and individually checked each box to ensure none were damaged, counted and double checked counts to make sure they had all 50 of my boxes. Great work fellas, look forward to the next delivery I do from IKEA! 5 Stars!
Do not pay for your goods to be delivered from this courier via IKEA. I scheduled a delivery for 07/10 with over 2 weeks notice. I decided to ring this courier late on the scheduled delivery dates afternoon to see where my IKEA items were only to be advised they wouldn’t be arriving. To further the inconvenience already caused, they couldn’t advise when the next delivery attempt would be. The day after I called around mid morning.
