I took over payroll for one of their clients. They used the wrong EIN on all of the tax returns, had him pay quarterly with paper coupons when he should have been paying monthly on line. This caused his liquor license to have a lien filed against it by the Attorney General. The tips are not reported properly. My client now has penalties and late fees by Ohio unemployment, the city of Toledo, the state of Ohio and the IRS.
