Had an issue with the zipper on my son’s day bag, called the company and left a voicemail. A few hours later, I received a call back from Chris. He was extremely helpful, asked a few questions and replaced the bag under their lifetime warranty. Because we are local, I was able to pick the bag up the next day! My son is thrilled and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase through this company again!

Returned an item to them in unused condition and they did not issue a refund. Contacted them and they cannot be located.

I have been trying to get ahold of this company for days. I have emailed, messaged on Facebook, through their website and even called and got voicemail that says you have reached Dave. I placed an order 6 days ago for guaranteed Christmas deliver as stated on their webpage and it still has not shipped!!!

We received the Michael Cuddyear Special Edition Batpack and my son loves it! There is space for 3 bats, a separate place to hold his cleats, a front opening for easier access to his helmet and glove (no more digging through the bag to find stuff) and there is a separate compartment at the top of the bag we are currently using to hold drinks, but can be used for additional storage. Very high quality bag that we know will last for years to come.
