*URGENT* The All Pro Moving Group is one of the worst organizations in the moving business ever!! Their management team & staff administration are unscrupulous, liars and cheats. We scheduled a move in August 2021 and signed a contract with a good faith estimate. Three days before the move the “quality control” manager, stated that even though we had removed over 30% of our items, would still be charged over $3000 more for a move. They changed the name to GREEN LEAF MOVING AND STORAGE. When I called to verify if they were once ALL PRO MOVERS RACHAEL the receptionist said YES. I told her that I hired them before and they destroyed all of my furniture and she HUNG UP ON ME. BE AWARE they are dishonest, unprofessional, do not respond to calls and lie about your belongings and time frame of delivery . They hire terrible movers that are dishonest and destroy your items.

We had a really hard time communicating with this group. Also, the moving group that was brokered out to do the move stole a diamond ring from us. When we tried to file a claim, this group was extremely hard to contact. Police report was filed.

DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS My husband and I used these movers in July 2021 to move from Cleveland to the Chicagoland area. This company hired a broker company to move our items. While we were having out items boxed up, the movers smashed a hole in a door of our rental bathroom. No apology in person or over the phone. The movers also went into my bathroom and stole my wedding band and engagement ring.
