So...I ride my bike every now and then, its a cheap mountain bike, I'm a pretty much a novice...and I'm pretty sure they noticed. But no judgement; they were happy to help fix my bike. Replaced the tires, fixed the gear shifter, all very affordably and all with the greatest amount of service and respect. 100% great.
Staff was great. Looked at my kids bike, where completely transparent about diagnosis. Good place to go get bikes looked at. Very honest.
They were able to help me when I walked in. Great service!
Went in for a bike fit a few weeks ago. Gina and Madison were very helpful during the whole process and really took the time to make sure that I was properly set up on my bike. I cannot recommend them enough!
