They are so knowledgeable and thorough. Well establish and family owned for a couple generations. Their story was cool to learn about.
Best bike shop. They are professional mechanics and up on all the latest tech and emtbs.
Best bike shop in the 805. I've been going to all pro for over ten years and they have the best service around. Maddie is by far one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I've ever met. She has been taking care of bikes through 4 years of racing and now just as a hobbiest. I've been to most all the shops in the area and they beat them by far. True white glove service, and family owned! I recommend them 10x over. Fast reliable service, and true to their word. Cheers!
I was a customer of theirs for years. Probably spent upwards of 6k with them on bikes for my whole family. This entire time I dealt with their crappy customer service and elitist attitude because they were so close to my house. That changed today. I am no longer willing to go in there and walk on eggshells or be condescended to simply because of their close proximity. I hope whomever reads this does the same.
