The residential rider so clearly states that the bus runs till 7pm, so why at 1pm am I getting suck walking from the library 2 miles home, I understand being short staffed but when I told the driver I was transferring maybe he shouldve communicated this, or had it online. Figure it out all point transit this is disappointing even for yall
Although I have been told some of the drivers are not as friendly or patient with their passengers, they provide a much needed service and for the most part, they are considerate when working with people who have special needs.
Least user friendly website ever. Posted schedule, once you navigate the maze, is wholly inaccurate. Bus runs with zero sense of urgency. If you are local, maybe this great. If you are from out of town, you're screwed trying to figure it out, doubly so if you plan something. Good luck. The lone bright spot was a phone call to customer service.
