I’ve visited this shop a few times and unfortunately my experience hasn’t been great. The interactions often feel rushed, rude and not very welcoming, and I haven’t always felt like my issues were fully addressed or explained clearly. I want to support local shops, but based on my visits I’ve been left a bit disappointed with the level of communication and customer service. I hope they can improve in the future because the services they offer are useful, but the experience hasn’t matched expectations for me.
I cannot recommend All Phase highly enough for all of your electrical needs. Steven consistently delivers top-notch service, addressing my requests promptly and efficiently. Carlos also deserves recognition for his helpfulness and expertise. Overall, I have complete confidence in All Phase and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
