You all need to hire respectful and professional employees. In particular, the lady who drives the gray company Ford Fusion with the company logo and phone number displayed was extremely rude and unprofessional. She used vulgar language and behaved in a disrespectful manner, which reflects poorly on your company. I hope the owner read and address this issue and ensure your employees treat the public with courtesy and respect.
