Kate from Main St Leominster is an absolute asset to this credit union. She is smart, engaging, patient, and accommodating to the point beyond expectations. I had not intended to do anything besides banking here. Instead I’ve been educated and was set up in with resources I never knew of. Kate is why I never will bank elsewhere again!
I had such a positive experience working with AllOne Credit union. Years back, we had gotten an auto loan through All One through the dealer and I never had to deal with them. When the car was paid off, we just left our accounts open and never used them. Fast forward to now, reached out on a whim for another car loan and the customer service provided was outstanding.
