Horrible horrible.... not the place it was 20 yrs ago . They have ridiculous restrictions on everything you do and this is second time within 6 months they are changing out debit cards. I can't function using them any more . My friends and family feel the same. It's not the same LCU as it was at all (yes we all refuse to call it 'all one')
