I made an order on October 7th, it is now March 23rd and I still do not have all my tile. This store had a miscommunication with their tile vendor, and is communicating that I'm still 3 weeks away from having my order. They promised 2 weeks ago it would be fixed now and they failed on that promise and now I'm about to lose my contractor. I'm pretty sure they just forgot to order the replacement tile and then claimed the supplier had a quality control issue.
