They have a great collection of tiles and stone at a variety of price points. The sales associates are friendly and helpful. We purchased all the tile for two bathroom remodels from here and it was a great experience

If you are really lucky and hit the jackpot, you may have Cameron T help you -- he knows their stock inside out and is masterful at finding just the right tile to fit your needs (even forgotten ones hidden in nooks and crannies). Really great experience and highly recommend. You will get a very fair price and be treated with enthusiasm and respect -- very well worth your time and business.
purchased $1000 of tile, only to be informed a week later that the tile was no longer available went in to store to select alternate options the following weekend, purchased an additional $7000 of tile with a quoted 2-3 week delivery time frame called store at 3 week mark after receiving no updates on delivery and was informed that newly purchased tile is actually 8-12 weeks backordered. it's now 5 weeks later, we’ve spent $8000, and we have no tile. unclear if or when the order will ever be fulfilled awful communication at ... read more
I made an order on October 7th, it is now March 23rd and I still do not have all my tile. This store had a miscommunication with their tile vendor, and is communicating that I'm still 3 weeks away from having my order. They promised 2 weeks ago it would be fixed now and they failed on that promise and now I'm about to lose my contractor. I'm pretty sure they just forgot to order the replacement tile and then claimed the supplier had a quality control issue.
