HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Ordered a set of couches and the sofa trim was half off .. went back got another one and the same thing was wrong with that one! They refused to take responsibility for it they blamed it on us when they are the ones who delivered the first set. Manager was Extremely rude and was yelling over phone . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE !!!!

This place has been nothing but a headache, they have no customer service skills, when you call them they tell you they will call back and never do. I purchased a bed and it was missing rods that hold the bed, some were broken and they never got to me to replace them. Please do not waste your time or money. You’re better off applying for a credit card at Nebraska furniture mart and paying a little bit more at least that way you know that it quality and not garbage that you’re buying.

I have the same problems with this location as I do with all the other locations!! And actually the last time I drove by this location it was empty and had a for sale sign out front. Not surprised!! They don’t stay anywhere very long. Even had a fire of mysterious origins at one location.
Went in thw 24th st. store this morning, bought a bed an it was delivered today ,Thamks All Nation🖒🙋
Still waiting for 2 nightstands, 11 weeks after ordering. I paid in full at time ordering. Manager is rude as hell! Refused to give me his name. Refused to tell me who the owner is. Hung up on me twice.
Of all the furniture stores in all the states I have lived this one is by far the worst experience with any kind of retail store I have ever had lies broken items failure to deliver when promised
