We needed a emergency mover....called All my sons talked to Andy..we provided everything we had and he says thats no problem its $525 for 2 people. A lady calls and asked the same questions...she reiterated the price. The guys showed up and said they can't do it because they need more money. He called his supervisor and we agreed that they will only put limited furniture on truck. The movers begin to speak back with manager in Spanish...next thing u know they canceled the job and left. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The guys that do the moving are really nice, but the office staff and business in general is terrible. They lied about how much everything would cost, took 9 hours to move me out, and destroyed 2 pieces of my furniture when they put them in storage. They packed things they weren't supposed to (food) and offered me a "free" kitchen pack as a courtesy that didn't end up being free in the end. Perhaps the WORST moving experience I have ever had in my 10 years in Chicago - staff that not only did NOT complete the job but damaged the items that they did manage to drag to our new home. Additionally, upon trying to reach out to the company, they’ve been dodging our calls left and right. If you have the slightest inclination to reach out to a different moving company - do it, and save yourself the heartbreak that me and my partner went through. -1000/10
Don’t not use this moving company!! I use this moving company Aug 13th. During my move one of the workers stole some of my personal belongings. I’m still working with All My Sons moving company for compensation.
