Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. My rug was delivered to Tasmania two weeks after I ordered, despite my address being Shellharbour NSW (less than two hours from the warehouse it originally shipped from). I called All Modern Rugs before 4pm on Friday to alert them to the mistake. I was told it was “too late” as they were closing for the long weekend. Wonderful experience purchasing from All Modern Rugs!! The process was easy and seamless, and Matin was lovely to deal with - very responsive and helpful while we were deciding. As we’re based in Sydney, he sent through more photos of the Steph & Gian Meadow Malt rug which really helped us feel confident with our choice. Delivery was very quick and the rug looks beautiful in our living space. Highly recommend and would happily purchase from them again!! Thank you so much Matin!

I ordered a rug on December 1st, which was supposedly picked up by the courier on December 3rd. Since then, the tracking information has never been updated - over a month later! The warehouse is only two hours away… The seller, Matin, said he would follow up but never did, and he is now ignoring me via both email and SMS. This is unacceptable customer service. They have taken my money without delivering the product I paid for. Extremely disappointing experience. Avoid this business!
Amazing service! The staff member at the showroom was knowledgeable, patient and so helpful. The rug itself was affordable and great quality. Will definitely be back, you've got a lifelong customer now!
