Terrible experience, I honestly feel like I’ve been scammed. I ordered my rug over 8 weeks ago. Four weeks after ordering they delivered a smaller rug than the one I paid for, even though the size I ordered was on the label. I was assured that a mistake had been made by the courier and that I would get the rug exchanged promptly.
