These people will let you die. I’m in Flagstaff for the weekend and forgot the tubing for my oxygen concentrator. They have them but since I did not buy my concentrator from them they will not sell me one and I can not get a prescription from the doctor for them because it is the weekend. Shame on them. Beware!

Their rep, Jesse in Flagstaff is a total jerk. My mask didn't fit and the rush of air woke me up several times nightly. His solution was to make me buy more of the same masks. They, too, didn't work. When I called to ask for a nasal mask instead, he wanted to charge me again. I have paid for three masks that DON'T WORK. They don't provide a warranty or guarantee of any kind. After a terrible experience with another company, we had communication and an appointment set within AN HOUR of All-Med receiving the equipment order!!!! Phone was answered after only one ring! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
