Ordered a new PSS Seal for our vessel....when it came in we realised it was the wrong size as we gave them an incorrect measurement...so we asked to have it changed over to the correct size but as it was purchased around 4 weeks ago, would not send back to distributor as they tell me you only have 1 week from order. Seems odd. Spoke to Distributor and I get the impression it was ALL Marine's policy. They have a great range of spares band Chris is very helpful. However this year I needed uegent help with my diesel engine which was hunting for revs I was told to put my request in writing, which I did the same day One week later I hadn’t got a response needed to be heading south. 2 weeks on I sent a follow up email but received the same “no response” I can recommend them for spare parts but don’t know their capabilities from the mechanical repair or customer response viewpoint Colin
