We hired Christine to do my mother in laws taxes. She invoiced and we payed up front. The work was never completed so after a year and a half of limited communication we requested the documents back, she returned them acknowledging she couldn’t get to the project, and we took it to another accountant. She refuses to return our money and also refuses to return calls, emails or text messages. She has blocked our phone numbers. We have all emails and invoices and now have to file with small claims court in order to have our pay... read more
