If I could give 0 stars, I would. Katie cost us thousands in tax losses, delayed responses and incorrect filings. She lacks knowledge in accounting and book keeping. Our books were left months before being completed and then never reconciled completely. We reminded her multiple times and had several letters from the IRS on things that were completed incorrectly. Katie has always taken care of our taxes and education about finances. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I recommend her all the time.
At first everything was cool. Vonny sent my money to my account and sent her 10% that she charges on anything you get. Every time I got my return I asked her you str8 ? She said yes mine is coming to my account. That was the third time she has did this that way. I spent my money needed a car and insurance for a year. My husband had his taxes done and he has yet to receive his State refund from 2019. The tax preparer (Kekentia (Katia) Grant) said it was filed, but the IRS has no record whatsoever, as if nothing was filed. Also, her response when he repeatedly tried to contact her to check on the status was "it was out of her hands and he should contact the IRS directly for help".
