Great Place to Shop – I have shopped here for my business for the past 25 years. The sales people are courteous, professional, and provide excellent customer service. They always provide great quality and quick delivery. I have never been disappointed in the service, the quality or the delivery. Especially excellent are the chrome racks made to your specification. They also have a great new line of wood hangers. It is no wonder that the company has been in business, at the same location, for over 60 years.

If this disgruntled client had made this complaint in person, any issues could have been rectified professionally. Posting is not communicating effectively! NEVER SHOP HERE!!!! – I WORKED WITH ADELE DRESSNER WHO IS APPARENTLY THE OWNER. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM!!!!WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF SHOPPING HERE. EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED LIKE CRAZY & THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, I NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A RUDE SALESPERSON/ OWNER (ADELE DRESSNER. THE CHARGED ME 40 MORE THAN THEY SHOULD HAVE & WHEN I WANTED TO RETURN THE ITEM THEY CHARGED ME A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER BETTER STORES IN THE AREA PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
