Go to MovingClaims.net for complaints and refunds. I did. Also report them at www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/Pages/File-a-Complaint.aspx Charged us for 3 men when only 2 showed up!!!!! Of course this means they went into overtime to finish the job. Lots of extra money in their pockets. They offered a 16% discount on the 4 hours overcharged to us, but I should receive a 30% refund for the 3rd man not showing up, no? This doesn't include the desk they broke, the armoire that was "too heavy" for their super skinny mover to bring up... read more

I would caution anyone to keep far away from this company for your moving needs. The movers (Henry and Danny) moved too fast and were careless resulting in damage to my antique mahogany furniture....there were scraps gouges and scratches. The leg was broken off of my antique side chair and this Henry broke my ceiling fan. The relocation agent (Alan Stern) took an indifferent and unprofessional attitude when I told him about these issues. I was told to call someone named Pan who never returned 3 phone messages. I would caution anyone to keep far away from this company for your moving needs. Overall I was very pleased with the move, mainly due to the price which was about half of everyone else. They wrapped all of the furniture nicely and worked quickly. I had 3 issues that made the day harder than it needed to be. 1. I was told prior to tge move that I could pay by credit card but not told it would be a 4% surcharge until the move was over. The team that showed up was fast, friendly and efficient. They helped make my move easy and as stress free as a move van be!
