Was a customer of their coral gables location for a long time . Went to the new location in Hialeah with an appointment and they said the appointment was in the system but the person actually is off that day . Why would you let customers make appointments for days the staff will not be working ?
What a terrible service for laser removal hair . Every month they have a new supposedly doctor. She doesn’t know to use the machine. Every month when you call to schedule the appointment the doctor has some problems.
