Just closed a purchase here and Katty and Brandy were amazing! They were so on top of getting us anything and everything we asked for. In fact, they frequently provided documents in advance saving us an extra email. Very responsive and on top of our file! Great experience.
Very bad experience. Simply asked for an electronic copy.... And the response that I got is "we are too busy. Usually we only either give a hard copy or electronic copy. We don't do both. " I said, don't you need to scan an electronic copy for bank anyway? She said yes, that's what we do for bank not for you. Basically taking 2 minutes to email me an electronic copy is too much to ask for them! Escrow is a service. I don't understand how much business can exist with such horrible service!!! 非常差的服务!!
