My child was reviving OT services at his childcare center from this provider. On more than 5 occasions I was billed for services and the childcare center said that my son didn’t receive services that day or even that week. The childcare center also stated that the provider was not engaged with my son during most visits and “sat on her phone”. The billing is very unorganized. My autistic son, who is currently 2.5 years old at the time of this review, loves this place! We've had excellent experiences with this pediatric therapy office. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping my son succeed to the best of his ability! My son looks forward to every session, which says so much about the environment they've created here. Ms Carrie is wonderful! She has done amazing work with my son. He always had fun with her and worked at his level to get him comfortable. She even provided in day services for us, which as a working mom, is invaluable. Her staff is wonderful too. Highly recommend.
As the Director of childcare facility (Little Rockers Early Learning Center) I’m exceedingly fortunate to have the ability to refer the parents of the children in my center to All God’s Children. It can be so incredibly hard to balance work and your child’s therapy schedule. Miss Carrie has been wonderful enough to provide in-daycare services.
