Do not use this company. We've had a technician come out 3 times for the same issue. The first time, he inspected the furniture and told us to purchase a part. When he came out to install, he claimed that we ordered the wrong part. He then sent a new link, we purchased that part. The furniture is still not working. We were charged for the visit. "I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by All Furniture Services. The technician showed up to my house unannounced, banging on my door with no respect for the fact that I was working. On top of that, the technician had a very nasty attitude and made no effort to properly clean my sofa. It was clear that no real effort was put into the job, and my sofa is still in the same condition as before. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing, and I would not recommend their services."
