I had my taxes prepared by Iris on May 2, 2019. She was friendly and prepared my taxes in less than an hour; however, my taxes were incomplete. I gave Iris several weeks to complete the two forms the State advised were missing. I even emailed/text the two forms that needed to be completed and still received no response.
