THIS COMPANY STOLE $ 4,900 FROM ME. THEY HAD MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED BY "SISTER COMPANIES" WHEN IN REALITY WERE THIRD PARTIES SELLING FLOORS. AFTER ALMOST THREE MONTHS MY MATERIALS WERE NOT DELIVERED AND I REQUESTED A CANCELLATION AND MONEY BACK. ESTHER, THE OWNER, PROMISED SHE WILL GIVE IT TO ME AND THEN SHE DISSAPEARED AFTER TELLING ME SHE DIDNT HAVE MY MONEY. This company seems like they would be professional by walking in to the store, but that couldn't be further from the truth. While picking out the floors and paying they were professional as can be. As soon as the project began, they fell behind schedule, the women in the office who was so helpful, began becoming unreachable. As the weeks progressed, I became more and more frustrated.
