I highly recommend Stephanie, she’s treated me over the course of a year and she’s the only one to make a huge improvement on my tension related pains, knots and posture. The treatment not only targets my specific injury sites, she tailor plans exercises to prevent the same issues again. Best massage therapist!
Stephanie has treated myself twice. She made time in her busy life to help sort my sore stiff neck out. I had been putting this off for ages and as soon as I asked if she could help she did her very best to fit me in. I felt better straight away my foggy head was gone and pressure I felt also gone. Next day I could turn my neck a lot more freely. I used to use peppermint oil every day to help and I havnt used it since. Stephanie also work on my plantar fas on my foot also worked wonders. Thankyou greatly appreciated .
