i recomend All Electric Motion in chico they had my bike repaired very quickly at a reasonable price, the staff is noligible as well and friendly.
Wonderful customer service. I called ahead to of time to make sure they had what I was looking for. They were very pleasant and let me know they had what I wanted and to come on down. They set me up real good. My husband’s new e-bike, with a few accessories and the proper e-bike rack for my suv. They even put on the basket for my dog. The associate (a young gentleman) rang everything up for me, let me make some calls and didn’t pressure or rush me. I definitely would recommend.
Really great experience with this shop. Aaron was very patient with all of my questions and took the time to explain things to me. After my tire unfortunately got punctured again just a few days later, they were still willing to work with me and even offered me a discount to help out, which I really appreciated. Good customer service and honest people. I’d definitely do business with them again in the future.
