Hi Ken, There is obviously some confusion that we have tried to clear up with you. Based on internal system notes, email chains, and call records, someone from the All Dry USA Boynton Beach office has been in contact with to you almost daily since your loss. Your water mitigation was started on April 6th and was completed on the April 9th. As per our agreement, we are billing your insurance company directly and collecting $0 funds from you, the homeowner. We do have confirmation that we submitted all of All Dry USA's documentation and bill to your insurance company directly. We build our estimate using Xactimate, which is the Insurance Companies construction pricing software. Therefore, All Dry USA would never send you to collections. Just like we have told you over the phone. I have personally listened to the customer support staff on the phone with you and they have been overly accommodating, friendly and informative. You have asked to speak with the owner many times, and been told the same answer, he is not in the building. This is not a lie. As you can imagine, as the owner of a national company, he has a tight schedule. That is why All Dry USA has great management in place. When the office staff asked if you wanted to speak to a supervisor, you declined. We want to you to make you happy and have done all we can on our end.
