Had my headliner installed on my SUV February 22, 2014 at first I felt confident that the work was going to be done professionally, but turned out to be the worst experience. The man who did the work on my headliner seemed to be the one in charge for the day and the one who worked on my vehicle. Not only did he not cut all the vent ducts for my rear unit, but he was careless when re-installing the quarter panels back leaving them improperly seated.
