I have to admit, I found this custom furniture on market place and was skeptical. I live in Indiana and they are in Atlanta. I contacted a friend to verify them and it all checked out, so I proceeded cautiously. Jay went over the details, answering a lot of questions and always professional. Warning: Poor Communication and Unfulfilled Order — $20,000 Loss The owner (the father) came to my business after we discussed having custom circular sectional couches made. I showed him clear photos and explained that we wanted a designed layout first. He gave a quote, and we agreed that he would make one sectional for approval before completing the full order.
