Our family hired the Kia Carnival as there were 7 of us on our trip to the Gold Coast. I could not recommend Jim enough! The communication was amazing and he made sure to send us photos of the boot space prior to booking the vehicle to ease our minds that our luggage would fit. He assisted us with loading everything in, and met us upon arrival as well as departing.
