We had a bad experience. They promised to have a new bimini top completed in a week and sent someone out to measure. 3-4 months later, the top was not finished. They kept promising, but they ended up leaving the work partially completed. We paid on good faith unfortunately. Be wary of this company. When I called Fletch, I was told they had too many customers and didn't appreciate my calling them to follow up, so he canceled us! WOW

Reached out to them in October regarding a new bimini for my boat to match the existing dodger. Was assured at the time that color matching would not be an issue. Put down a deposit in December and was told about three weeks. Job ended up taking about 3 months after missing at least one patterning appointment and failing to return multiple phone calls.
