Owner Jamie Paone is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever communicated with. He's in charge of invoicing and he price gouge by charging you by the pickup order and letting you find out later that's how they invoice. If you have separate p/u orders and picking up from the same location on the same day they will charge you per pick up the order. Normally carriers charge by the zone or weight/measure.
