The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always took the time to ensure I felt comfortable and supported throughout my treatment. On 1/21/25 I had TKR and went to this facility upon the recommendation of a friend. For me it was an awful experience from the moment I parked. The facility is not equipped for someone on a walker who doesn't have free hands. No buttons or automatic door openers to start. I walked in here 5 days post-op in terrible pain. I didn't feel welcome. The girl at the front desk gave me such a cold hello and handed me paper work to fill out. In the past four years I have learned about the healing powers of physical therapy.. Moved here five weeks ago and I knew I had to find a pt provider. I didn't know anyone to ask for a referral I did my research and chose ivy and what a goodness choice . Nice staff. Modern clean facility I like it. Stay tuned. Mitchell
