Convenient, clean and comfortable location with a friendly and awesome staff. The Physical Therapists Ashley and Jill are is very knowledgeable and caring and gentle during your treatment.
Dissapointed in this places secretary. First, she told me that I couldn’t be seen without a prescription when my insurance (Horizon direct access) doesn’t require a prescription. Second, she called me after I already made an appointment to ask if the patient (a minor) I was making the appointment for spoke English just because his name is a Hispanic name, when my entire family have been US citizens for over 3 generations. Either way, both scenarios show ignorance and lack of knowledge. Don’t go here!
Amazing and knowledgeable staff, so kind and supportive, looking forward to seeing how quickly they get me up and moving forward again after my knee replacement surgery
