From the minute you walk into the clinic, you are met with a warm welcome from Trish which makes you immediately feel comfortable. Trish handles all of the scheduling and insurance matters and helps you keep up with all of this information. Dissapointed in this places secretary. First, she told me that I couldn’t be seen without a prescription when my insurance (Horizon direct access) doesn’t require a prescription. Second, she called me after I already made an appointment to ask if the patient (a minor) I was making the appointment for spoke English just because his name is a Hispanic name, when my entire family have been US citizens for over 3 generations. Either way, both scenarios show ignorance and lack of knowledge. Don’t go here!
