The lower reviews are realistic, these people are vile when it comes to caring for future patients. However I am thankful it did not work out as I am being well taken care of elsewhere, this company will be shut down as those employed here do not care. Do not waste your time calling, they will play telephone with you and make it seem like you’re the crazy one. However my degrees say otherwise.
RN Allison made over 6 medication errors per DAY on my meds. Every other nurse that they sent waited until the last minute that day to message me that they were coming (and I would be asleep or miss the text message) or they would refuse to accommodate my allergy and refuse to come. I have needed Home Care services several times this summer All Care is a caring professional and attentive agency that has always done it's best to meet my needs the therapists are wonderful and I appreciate how they keep in touch even when scheduling has to be adjusted. I wish that service is spread to my home state in New York.!
5th person since February that resigned from All Care intake department due to the way they treat people in general and people with medical conditions. The staff is great but Management is only concerned with how much money you can make the company, they do not care about the person. Most of the positive reviews are really people who work at all care.
I'd give NO STARS if I could for the VNA PT portion of this company..
