Their nurses are not prepared or trained well, and their senior staff are very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.
The best company ever
On June 26, 2016 my mother died but it started a year earlier when she asked to go to the hospital. At the ER at MGH she was diagnosed with severe pneumonia. She had a daily nurse from AllCare who never checked her vital signs. Just gave her the daily pills and left. She almost died then from pneumonia but MGH saved her life. She was admitted to the ICU and released 10 days later. ANYONE WHO USES ALLCARE VNA IS CRAZY. My family choose the right hospice company recently for my Dad. Great communication, customer service, attention to detail and prompt response was amazing. Watching a loved one struggle in front of you is a very tough thing. If my family and I can give higher than 5 starts we would. God bless u all and the world u do. We appreciate u and your staff.
