Efficient service, easy to book, and the team even made an effort to correct something for free when I alerted them that I had made a mistake with a form on my end. The notary and the person operating the phone line were both incredibly professional and helpful. I highly suggest you CALL if there's anything you need checked on or fixed as they are very helpful on the phone.
Charged twice because of their website glitch, received absolutely no service, and have not been refunded yet either! Also, received numerous aggrevating emails to remove my review on trustpilot! Stay away if you are not looking for a massive headache for a simple task!
Had some technical issue but the team handled the issue very promptly.
I had an unfortunate experience with ALL Canada Notary. The number of pages mentioned in the Affidavit does not align with the total pages of the passport. We were misled by their customer service, as they informed us that only the affidavit page would be stamped. Now, when we wish to include all the passport pages, the numbers don’t match the original affidavit. I am disappointed with this oversight. When I contacted them about the issue, their response was that I should pay again!
Extremely bad and unprofessional behaviour. I paid 90 dollars for an online drafting service because it was urgent and booked for same day 1 pm slot. No one called me and when I called back I got another slot at 4 pm. No one called again and I called back and the service was highly non-recommendable. I won’t even give it a star rating. EDIT: They agree to a refund.
