Según ellos cuando compre los muebles tenia qué comprar una garantía de 5 años, pero como comprar lo que no me explican. Tienen eso por que vino así de fabrica y yo por no usarlo ni cuenta me había dado y solo tienen 3 meses en mi casa y lo que me dijeron fue que ellos mandan una persona a la cual yo tengo que pagarle. Y él folleto de garantía que traen de ashley supuestamente es solo para la tienda no para el cliente.
