My husband and I have bought blinds from All Blinds for years! We went back yesterday for blinds for our rental property and received the same excellent customer service that we’ve always received. The gentleman who assisted us was polite and knowledgeable. Thank you again ALL BLINDS!
An unprofessional owner decides to go back and forth with a female about what actually happened. The employee and Amazon already agreed to go ahead and take the blinds back. Amazon has yet to send shipping label. So i keep them updated. I guess the owner feels as if he can be rude. He talks over you so badly to the point he’s like he can get his wife on the phone.
