If you havent bought your bike from them then they are not interested ! All they care about is taking your money, the worst customer experience i have ever had. Avoid like the plague
Gave them my bike to repair. Had it for almost 6 months, no progress, no phonecall. Went to pick it up and told them I just ordered a new bike since they couldn't repair my current. Manager (I think he was) spent the next half an hour reprimanding me and trying to make me feel stupid for my choice of bike which I had already bought. I had a really disappointing experience with AllBikes Electric. I tried to order an Estarli e-bike through them using my work’s Cycle to Work scheme (Vivup), and it turned into a drawn-out, stressful process. I went in knowing what I wanted but was pushed towards a more expensive model that wasn’t right for my needs, and when I realised this later, they refused to let me change the order—even with long delays and no delivery timeline.
