Buyer beware. They do not refund purchases. I returned a product within days of receiving it finding it did not fit my firepit that I purchased from them. I have never received my @$300 purchase. They are terrible. Check all the reviews out there. You’ll be enlightened.
I would like to update my review of All Backyard Fun regarding our damaged patio furniture. I am pleased to say that as soon as the owner found out of our problem, she called us. She proceeded to replace our furniture at her own expense! Needless to say, we are extremely pleased. Things do go wrong at times with products and it is how they are resolved by the company that shows their integrity and caring of their customers. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with a highly reputable company.
