Jose Rios hit tboned my car with my 3 kids in it. He was employed my All Around Taxi. They never showed to court and now they wont pay their judgement!!! All around taxi drivers CANT drive and act like they dont know whats going on!! ALL AROUND TAXI SEND ME MY MONEY!!!
