Do not use this company. My son was scheduled to be picked up. I checked the day before and day of to make sure the ride was coming. On the day of, my son was never picked up. The company never called to say they were not coming. My son is downstairs waiting for a ride 45 minutes after pickup time. They cancelled in Modivecare only. My son had to scramble to find a ride to work. This is horrible how this company treats their clients. No respect for the rider.
