Poorly made product in my opinion. **** used to make boards was not quality, boards werent sanded and I had to pay an additional $600 to have boards refinished and repainted on top of the $370 I originally paid to have them sanded and painted. I paid extra to have corn hole boards painted. Boards werent taken to a furniture refinished to make boards usable. Had an issue with my cornhole boards. Picture was very good but the rest of the construction was extremely poor. So bad in fact I had to rebuild and repaint them. I email the company for advise and help. The never responded. That was 3 months ago. Worst customer service I have had in a very long time. I would recommend they be shut down until they know how to treat people. I still have the email to and from them. They do not care. Guess they figure it's hard to ship back so they don't care. I wish I would have read all of these reviews before spending $225.00 with this business. On 6/21 I ordered UNIVERSITY OF LOUISVILLE corn hole boards for my dad for Father's Day. I was told it would ship in 5-6 business days. Almost 3 weeks later I received UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA corn hole boards! I contacted them on 7/12 and they said they would issue a call tag. I had a similar experience with my order to others on bbb website. Order was on Aug 12 and they said it shipped on Aug 13. After two weeks contacted them by Chat, they said it shipped and I should get it that weekend. Several contacts by phone/chat/email. No response. Finally got notification from Fed ex that it shipped. Arrived on 9/4. Product seems to be ok quality, but order was not complete. Missing carry bag. Called and left message no response, Logged into online chat, no response.

Terrible. In fact, the epitome of what not to do to serve customers. I placed my order on May 21. There was no tracking update. There is no email to say, "your cornhole set is on it's way". Today, June 4th, I called both the 800 number and local number which goes straight to voicemail. After I opened a case in **** to dispute the order, they messaged me saying they could deliver it for delivery Monday or Tuesday. The set never left their warehouse. These cornhole boards are absolutely outstanding... my family and I just love them. They are sturdy, look great and the service that we received was outstanding!
