Called and made an appointment with someone named Mike to set up an estate sale. On the day of the appointment (Monday 12-30-24) he was supposed to come to my house to check out the items and discuss further. I waited and nobody showed up or called. Not a good first impression......
Really bad experience overall. Poor communication and a poor auction result for my items. The one heirloom that didn’t sell was returned to me in terrible condition. Low point of my year dealing with this company.
