They want you to make an appointment to charge you extra in storage fees. I didn't see a single customer when I went. The two guys there were just killing time
Good luck getting your car. You can only get the car on certain days and hours and then the line is ridiculous. If I could give them negative stars I would. It's not like they care about any inconvenience.
