I found Dwane late one night when I was desperately searching for someone to post an eviction notice the next day. This was an emotional situation for me and Dwane not only did his job and got the notice posted promptly but he also consoled me through the process. I hired them to do a simple job via posting. There was no follow up, unless I contacted them. They were not able to complete the job on time and sent me an unsigned affidavit with the wrong address and person to be served. I am now using another company to do what should have been done correctly the first time.

I was in a bind to serve papers to an evicted tenant for Money Owed. As I was unable to find her, Dwane was able to find her right away. He served the papers and thanks to him, I was able to win my claim. I strongly suggest using Dwane. Very effective.
