They initially sent the wrong crew for my gym equipment, which caused multiple unnecessary moves and additional charges. I was also told that the first two months of storage would be included, but I was billed for both months. I was informed that the finance team would contact me about this issue, but they never did.
Very RUDE. Treated me horribly for asking questions. Very expensive. I would never use this company. Just on the fact of how rude the person that answered the phone was. He was condescending and acted like I was a moron for asking questions.
They were very nice and punctual
Were hired to deliver cabinets from Lowe’s. Time set and no call, no show and then called the next day and played dumb as to what happened. Poor communication and poor customer service. No accountability. Go somewhere else with your business.
The delivery and assembly of my son's dresser and bedside table went great and everything looked fantastic once they were done. Thank you so much!
