They try their best to get your money, fist they tell you “in order for you to lock that great deal you have put down a refundable deposit” which is a bologneee... “YOUR DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE “. And the best part is.. if you try calling them back, they will either not answer your calls or they will put you on hold until you give up and hung up the phone.. Do not let them take your money as a DEPOSIT.. DO NOT PUT DONW A DEPOSIT.. THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS..

Moving across the country is not an easy task by any means however I've done this more than 5 times and I have never had the quality,service and professionalism in one. Thank you guys all American movers you not only saved me money but put me at ease more important!! 5 stars

This place achieved a record low for integrity. Much like the other military mover, I’m now 8 months into arguing their ridiculously low (or non-existent) offers to fix what movers destroyed. Absolutely the worst moving experience over the last 19 years. They’ll tell you how professional they are while attempting to rob you blind. Do not fill out any customer surveys until you’re completely finished with the move!

This company was assigned to my military move. After the move I submitted the damage item claim and long story short they low balled and denied reimbursement for items. Their excuse was it was not transit related, however I submitted a dated picture of the item on pick up day showing the damage was not pre-existing as well as the photos when it arrived. I also submitted the inventory they did at the origin location which did not show indicate being damaged. How they can deny it is beyond me, but if your looking for a company... read more
